Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses low-pressure water and cleaning solutions to remove organic matter such as moss, mildew, bacteria, algae, fungus, mold, lichens, spiderwebs, dirt, and grime from surfaces. Soft washing is a gentler alternative to pressure washing, which can damage more fragile areas of the home, like windows, and is not always effective against mold, mildew, and algae growth.

On Friday, April 22, Peter Zegler, owner of Hamptons Power Wash, had the opportunity to clean the Brown Harris Stevens building, formerly the Osborne Trust building, built in 1900.
Featured in the East Hampton Press, Peter mentioned that while his company often power washes the big mansions of the Hamptons, including their decks, outdoor furniture and pool areas, “I never imagined making history by cleaning this massive historic building.”
Whereas most power washing companies use a 2-step process, Hamptons Power Wash developed a 6-step proprietary process for superior and longer lasting cleaning.
